About Rudi The Plumber – Your Local Water Filter Installation Specialist
Professional Water Filter Installation in Leicester & Leicestershire
Hi, I’m Rudi — a fully insured, City & Guilds qualified plumber and Water Regulations qualified installer based in Syston, Leicester.
I created WaterFilterInstall.co.uk to provide a dedicated local installation service for customers who have purchased a water filter, drinking water system or reverse osmosis system and want it fitted professionally.
I install a wide range of under-sink water filters, drinking water taps and reverse osmosis (RO) systems, working with many of the major water filtration brands available in the UK.
Whether you've already purchased your system or you're still deciding which filter is right for your home, I can help with the plumbing and installation side of the job.
Independent Water Filter Installation
WaterFilterInstall.co.uk is an independent installation service.
I'm not tied to one particular water filter manufacturer, which means I can install systems from a wide range of brands, including:
Waterdrop • Water2 • Maverick • Frizzlife • iSpring • Brita • BWT • Doulton • and many others.
If you've bought a system online and simply need someone who understands the plumbing requirements to install it correctly, that's exactly what this service is designed for.
More Than Just Fitting the Filter
Installing a water filter isn't always as simple as connecting a couple of pipes.
Before installation, I can check important factors such as your existing plumbing, available space beneath the sink, connection points and water pressure.
This is particularly important with reverse osmosis systems, where the correct incoming water pressure and drainage arrangement can affect how well the system operates.
Depending on the system, installation may include:
Checking water pressure where required
Connecting the filter to the cold mains water supply
Installing dedicated drinking water taps
Installing 3-way kitchen taps
Installing under-sink filtration systems
Installing reverse osmosis systems
Connecting RO waste/drain lines
Neatly positioning and securing filters beneath the sink
Testing connections for leaks once installation is complete
Why Choose Rudi for Your Water Filter Installation?
When somebody is modifying the drinking water supply in your home, it's important that the installation is carried out properly.
I aim to provide a straightforward, professional service with clear pricing, tidy workmanship and honest advice.
